在这个Twitter大行其道的年代，又有最新新闻称“Twitter获评为美2009年脱颖而出网站”，虽然我现在也在用Twitter，但它没有中文版，这很让我恼火。我想说，我同样喜欢国内的饭否，虽然不知道Twitter推出中文版后，饭否会受到多大的排挤，我想我会一直支持我的饭否。今天要聊的主题是饭否的客户端软件——爱饭。今天使用了一下下，很好很强大，很美很实用。
先说说爱饭的界面，爱饭是一个基于 Adobe AIR 技术的客户端，界面绝对美观。本人很是欣赏！O(∩_∩)O~下面介绍一下爱饭吧：爱饭支持饭否消息、私信的接收和发送。爱饭开放源代码，跨平台，支持 Windows（已在 xp sp3 测试）、 Linux（已在 Ubuntu 8.10 测试）和 Mac OS X（已在 10.5.5 测试）。爱饭的 UI 参考 Mac OS X 下流行的 Twitter 客户端 Twitterrifc.

生活杂谈：甲型H1N1流行性感冒爆发全球大流行迫在眉睫

最近甲型H1N1流行性感冒，也就是所谓的“猪流感”全球爆发。闹得大家人心惶惶，可以说：甲型H1N1流行性感冒爆发全球大流行迫在眉睫，下面把我了解到得一些情况与大家分享。我想，在这个时候，大家的恐慌是最没有用的，我们首先要了解：“甲型H1N1流行性感冒”是什么，关于甲型流感我们能做什么，我想，只是不停地害怕，散布流言是最不明智的！相信：Wise beyond rumors！下面我们一起分享一些知识：
一，流感病毒及相关概念
甲型流感病毒：
病毒家族:正黏液病毒科
基因组为单股负链RNA病毒
呈球形，直径8O一120 nm，有囊膜
根据外膜蛋白血凝素抗原(HA)和神经氨酸酶(NA)，甲型流感病毒可以分为l5个H亚型
甲型流感病毒存在于人、鸭、鸡、猪、鲸鱼、马、海豹

流感病毒在物体表面的存活时间
在无孔硬物表面可存活24-28小时
在塑料和不锈钢表面：存活时间大于24小时，在24小时内人手接触病毒污染表面可被传染
在布，纸和餐巾纸上：可存活8-12小时，15分钟内人手接触污染布和纸可被传染
即使病毒量大时病毒在手上存活时间也少于5分钟，但此期间可能导致间接接触传播
流感病毒生存适宜温度和湿度
适宜湿度 35-40%
适宜温度 28C°(82F)
二：甲型H1N1流感流行现状：全球
据世界卫生组织，截至北京时间５月２日:
全世界已经有１6个国家和地区共发现甲型Ｈ１Ｎ１流感确诊病例６58例；
因感染甲型Ｈ１Ｎ１流感死亡病例１７例，其中墨西哥１６例，美国１例。
4月25日，根据《国际卫生条例（2005）》，WHO宣布人感染甲型H1N1流感疫情是“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”
在三天内(4/27,4/29)二次提高流行性感冒（简称“流感”）大流行的警告级别，从第三级提升第五级，
警告级别5级的特点是在世界卫生组织的一个区域内至少有两个国家已经发生病毒的人际传播。
这是一个强烈的信号，表明流感大流行迫在眉睫，有计划地部署战前的组织、交流和实施等缓解措施的时间已经不多了。
三，甲型H1N1流行性感冒传播途径
通过与患有甲型H1N1流感的人直接接触
人际间的甲型H1N1流感传播已有记载，与季节性流感的传播方式一样, 通过被感染者的咳嗽或者打喷嚏来传播
可能通过与被感染的猪接触或者与被猪流感病毒污染的环境接触，目前尚无证据
四，诊断和治疗标准/指南
中国卫生部甲型H1N1流感诊断标准：
1．医学观察病例：曾到过甲型H1N1流感疫区，或与病猪及甲型H1N1流感患者有密切接触史，1周内出现流感临床表现者。列为医学观察病例者，对其进行7天医学观察（根据病情可以居家或医院隔离）。
2．疑似病例：曾到过疫区，或与病猪及甲型H1N1流感患者有密切接触史（也可流行病学史不详），1周内出现流感临床表现，呼吸道分泌物、咽试子、痰液、血清H亚型病毒抗体阳性或核酸检测阳性。
3．临床诊断病例：被诊断为疑似病例，且与其有共同暴露史的人被诊断为确诊病例者。
4．确诊病例：从呼吸道标本或血清中分离到特定病毒；RT-PCR对上述标本检测，有甲型H1N1流感病毒RNA存在，经过测序证实，或两次血清抗体滴度4倍升高，可确诊为甲型H1N1流感
甲型H1N1流感的诊断主要结合流行病学史、临床表现和病原学检查等，临床上早发现、早诊断是治疗的关键。
对于确诊的甲型H1N1流感感染的病例，其感染期为疾病发作前1天至发作后7天。
密切接触为在确诊为A型猪流感感染者的感染期内，与其有不超过6英尺（约1.8米）距离的接触。
急性呼吸疾病指最近有以下症状中至少两项出现：
流鼻涕，鼻塞，咽喉疼痛，咳嗽（可能伴有或不伴有发热）
高危人群：A型猪流感并发症的高危人群的定义与季节性流感的定义相同。
医务人员应当考虑到甲型H1N1流感的可能性如果病人表现为发热性呼吸系统疾病，尤其是当病人有以下特点：
局住在有确诊的甲型H1N1流感病例的区域或
曾去过有确诊的甲型H1N1流感病例的地区或
与来自上述区域的病人在其发生症状前七天内接触过。
如果疑似甲型H1N1流感，临床医生必须用呼吸道拭子采取鼻咽部样本送检。
采样之后，临床医生必须联系国家或者当地的卫生防疫部门帮助运输并且在国家的卫生防疫实验室及时做出检验诊断。
症状：
流行性感冒样病：
发热、咳嗽、咽喉疼痛、流鼻涕、头疼、肌肉疼。有些病例会出现呕吐和腹泻（这几例是在2009年三月下旬至四月中旬发病）
有严重呼吸系统病变的病例，需要住院治疗，可能是致命性的：
需要考虑伴随甲型H1N1流感病毒感染的侵袭性细菌感染以及潜在的慢性疾病恶化的可能
确诊或者疑似感染了甲型H1N1流感病毒的非住院治疗病人建议在其症状产生后呆在家中（自动隔离）至少7天，除了寻求医疗帮助外不要外出。
目前没有疫苗
用于治疗或者预防感染的抗病毒药物：
奥赛米韦（达菲）Oseltamivir (Tamiflu) 以及
扎那米韦（瑞乐沙）Zanamivir (Relenza)
使用抗病毒药物可以缓解病情，加速康复
它们也可以防止严重的流感并发症。
要防止滥用
在发病后尽快使用(症状出现起两天内)抗病毒药物效果最好
警告！不要给确诊或是疑似感染甲型H1N1流感病毒的儿童或者青少年（18岁以下）用阿司匹林（乙酰水杨酸）或者含有阿司匹林的产品（例如碱式水杨酸铋，又名次水杨酸铋）,这可能导致一种罕见的严重疾病：雷耶氏综合症（Reye‘s syndrome）。建议使用其他退热药物来缓解发热症状，比如对乙酰氨基酚或者是非类固醇类的抗炎药。
2009年4月27日，美国食品及药物管理局发布抗病毒药物的紧急情况使用授权以对抗甲型H1N1流感的爆发。
抗病毒药物的紧急情况使用授权是应对措施的一部分：
达菲（Tamiflu）：允许将达菲用于1岁以下儿童流行性感冒的预防和治疗，并对1岁以上儿童提供可供选择的推荐剂量。现在达菲已经被FDA批准用于1岁以及上患者流行性感冒的预防和治疗。
达菲（Tamiflu）和瑞乐沙(Relenza)：允许这两种药物在人群中大规模分发而不用遵从美国联邦政府的标签要求（否则分发药物需遵从此规定），并允许伴有手写的紧急使用该药物的说明。
其他的预防措施包括：
建议使用个人防护装备（基于特定危险点的风险评估）
呼吸保护：合适度测定为N95呼吸面罩或者是更高级别的放护
鞋套
前部密封的防护服
双层手套
护目装备（护目镜或者面罩）
垃圾处理
所有的垃圾处理步骤都应该遵从标准实验室操作程序的条款
合适的消毒剂配方
70%乙醇
5%来苏儿
10%漂泊剂
所有操作人员都应该自己监察是否有发热或其他症状。甲型H1N1流感症状包括腹泻、头疼、流鼻涕和肌肉疼痛。出现以上任何症状都应立即报告你的主管。
如果无保护地暴露于甲型H1N1流感病人的临床材料或活病毒，或发现防护装置有裂口的操作人员，应考虑在暴露后使用7天抗病毒药瑞乐沙或达菲来进行化学预防。
五，自我防护指南：公众
咳嗽或打喷嚏时用纸巾捂住口鼻
使用后将纸巾丢弃
用水和肥皂认真洗手
特别是在咳嗽或打喷嚏以后
或用含有酒精的洗手液清洗双手
避免与病人有密切接触
未经清洗的手不要触碰眼睛、鼻子和嘴
如果得了流行性感冒，呆在家里不要去工作或去学校，尽量减少与人的接触，以免传染他人。

　　在微软会员计划(Microsoft Partner Program)网站上，微软公布了免费使用Windows 7 Beta和Windows 7 RC版的截止日期。微软表示，为了避免被中断使用，微软建议用户在Windows 7 Beta和Windows 7 RC免费使用有效期满之前安装其它有效的Windows操作系统。Windows将会通过自动通知的方式告知截止时间。两周后，用户的电脑需每两个小时重启一次。Windows 7 Beta的每两小时启动一次计划从2009年7月1日起实施，Windows 7 RC的每两小时启动一次计划从2010年3月1日起实施。

Welcome to Windows 7 Release Candidate (RC) testing. We're on our way to Windows 7, and if you like trying out pre-release software, now’s your chance. You get to see what's coming, and we get to see if our changes and fixes from the Beta testing are working correctly.

How do you test the software? You put it on your PC, and then do what you'd normally do. Your PC will automatically and anonymously send our engineers the information they need to verify the fixes and changes they made based on the Windows 7 Beta tests.

Here's what you need to know:
This is pre-release software, so please read the following to get an idea of the risks and key things you need to know before you try the RC.

You don't need to rush to get the RC. The RC will be available at least through July 2009 and we're not limiting the number of product keys, so you have plenty of time.

Watch the calendar. The RC will expire on June 1, 2010. Starting on March 1, 2010, your PC will begin shutting down every two hours. Windows will notify you two weeks before the bi-hourly shutdowns start. To avoid interruption, you’ll need to install a non-expired version of Windows before March 1, 2010. You’ll also need to install the programs and data that you want to use. (Learn more about installing Windows.)

Protect your PC and data. Be sure to back up your data and please don't test the RC on your primary home or business PC.

Keep up with the news. You can keep up with general technical information and news by following the team blog. And, you can get non-technical news, tips, and offers by subscribing to the monthly Exploring Windows newsletter.

Keep your PC updated: Be sure to turn on automatic updates in Windows Update in case we publish updates for the RC.

Installation: You can install the Windows 7 RC on a PC running Windows Vista without backing up the PC—but we encourage you to make a backup for safe keeping. If you’re running Windows XP or the Windows 7 Beta, you’ll need to backup your data, then do a clean installation of the RC, then reinstall your applications and restore your data. If you need to do a backup, please see How to back up your PC for more details and a suggestion for how to backup a PC running Windows 7 Beta or Windows Vista.

To install and use the RC, you'll need to know how to:

Troubleshoot problems. You're pretty much flying solo, so you'll need to handle your own tech support, and rely on other RC testers for their know-how

Burn an ISO file to make an installation DVD

Install Windows

Backup and restore your PC

Set up a network

Create and use a system recovery disk

Here's what you need to have:
Internet access (to download Windows 7 RC and get updates)

A PC with these system requirements:

1 GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

1 GB RAM (32-bit) / 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

16 GB available disk space (32-bit) / 20 GB (64-bit)

DirectX 9 graphics processor with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

Please note these specifications could change. And, some product features of Windows 7, such as the ability to watch and record live TV or navigation through the use of "touch," may require advanced or additional hardware.

The 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 RC are available in five languages: English, German, Japanese, French, and Spanish. Just choose the version that fits the system you'll be using, pick your language, and click go to register for and download the RC.

Downloading the Windows 7 RC could take a few hours. The exact time will depend on your internet provider, bandwidth, and traffic. The good news is that once you start the download, you won't have to answer any more questions – you can walk away while it finishes. If it gets interrupted, it'll restart where it left off.
