The Declaration of Independence of the Thirteen Colonies
In CONGRESS, July 4, 1776

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain [George III] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained, and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies, without the consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren.

We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.
We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here.
We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare.

That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown,

and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain is and ought to be totally dissolved;

and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce,

and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

Google推出网络广告联属营销联盟

据博客网站TechCrunch报道，Google本周一推出了联属网络营销联盟（Affiliate Network），这将威胁到亚马逊目前在这一市场的优势地位。

Google联属网络营销联盟来自于Double Click的相关资产，Google重新打造了原Double Click旗下的Performics.

这种网络广告营销联盟需要吸引网络发行商的参与，网络发行商通过在网站上展示广告而获得收入。Google这一服务的广告主已包括美国银行、花旗、塔吉特和Verizon等。

这一服务目前尚未与Google Adsense进行整合，不过整合将是未来的发展趋势。与Adsense整合后，将会提高这些联属广告的相关性。从理论上来说，相关程度越高的广告就越有可能被用户点击。

Google目前还在试验按行动付费（pay-per-action）的项目，该项目目前仍在Beta测试中。这未来也有可能被整合到Google联属网络营销联盟服务中。

　　再看看2005年美国新奥尔良市的那场飓风吧

　　清晨6点10分袭击了新奥尔良。在48小时前，国家飓风中心就已经提前预警，布什警告说飓风可能摧毁新奥尔良的大堤（新奥尔良的很多地方在海平面以下或是平行）。
　　　　
　　5小时后，联邦紧急救援局局长迈克尔-布朗才要求派遣1000名救援人员”在两天内”赶赴灾区。
　　　　
　　当时美国总统布什正在得克萨斯州的农场度假。接到飓风袭击的消息后，他继续度假到星期三，然后决定中止度假。在从得克萨斯飞回华盛顿的路上，空军一号在新奥尔良上空盘旋”视察”了灾区。
　　　　
　　30号和31号，他两次打电话给南方松树电网公司（Southern Pines Electric Power Association ），要求他们转为抢修密西西比州科林斯附近的电站。为什么呢？因为这个电站是为 Colonial Pipeline输油管服务的。这条输油管负责从得克萨斯向美国东北部运送油品。

　　8月30号，新奥尔良开始发生大范围的武装抢劫和放火行为。当一名游客向警方求助的时候，得到的答复是”你去死吧！现在都是各顾各了。”（Go to hell, it’’s every man for himself）。8月31号，1500名警察接到命令，放弃搜索幸存者，改为执行维护治安的任务。同时全程宣布宵禁。同日，女州长凯瑟琳-布兰科声称武装部队已经进入新奥尔良，并在电视上威胁说”他们对开枪和杀人很在行的。。。如果需要的话他们会的。。。”。至9月1号，已有6500名国民警卫队奉命赶到新奥尔良。9月2号，州长要求增派4万名国民警卫队参与救援和维护治安。最不可思议的是有人向救援的直升飞机和车队开枪射击。
　　　　
　　另一件不可思议的事情发生在格雷特纳。格雷特纳在密西西比河西岸，与新奥尔良隔河相望，有一座桥联通。当接受了约6000名从新奥尔良逃出的难民之后，格雷特纳决定设置路障关闭该桥。格雷特纳的警察用枪指着持续到来的新奥尔良难民要求他们从原路回去，不准进入格雷特纳。据目击者介绍，几名警察曾威胁向逃出的难民和游客开枪。

有人剽窃你的langding page或者联属营销网站吗?

当你花了很多精力，很长时间并最终找到一个非常好的利基市场，而且你自己也做好了一个转化率比广告主的网站更高的Landing Page或者网站。

此时此刻，你每天的利润达到$100，为此，你非常兴奋。可是很快你发现一些失败者居然可耻地剽窃了你的Landing Page ，更可恨的是他们居然连你的Google adwords上投放的广告都不放过，全文照抄，然后出价比你的广告高一点儿。现在，你崩溃了吗？

这些都曾经在你身上发生过吗？

这些都在我身上确确实实的发生过，而我也曾为此愤怒不已。

假如有人对你做过同样的事情，你可以联系你的广告经理并且向他陈述事情的细节，一旦他确认此事的发生，那么他将会阻止此事的继续发生。但如果可耻的剽窃者做过一点点的修改，那么你的广告经理也无能为力了。

那么，对付这些可耻可恨恶心的剽窃者到底该怎么办呢？

和这些可耻的垃圾作斗争最好的方法就是不断地改进自己的网络联属营销，要点概括如下：

1、不断地测试自己的Landing Page和Google adwords上的广告组
2、有规律地添加更多的关键字到你的广告组
3、系统地调整和优化你的关键字出价
4、为你的利基市场增建一个额外的有质量的网站

你需要明白的是一个盲目的模仿者仅仅模仿的是你的形而不是你的神，他们不可能模仿到你自己的那一套系统。

你可以仔细想想，那些垃圾是不大可能知道你是如何分组关键字，制定广告组，就算是最牛逼的抓屏软件也不可能把你所有的关键字都截取到吧，因为这些关键字都在你的大脑里。

那些垃圾唯一可能获得的东西其实只是你利润中的极小一部分，就算他们真的获得了，可悲的是，他们其实并不知道自己在做什么。

拥有一个不断改进并且稳定而坚实的系统是在网络联属营销竞争中唯一真正的优势，也是你和剽窃者作斗争最好的工具。

其实还有另外的一些东西是剽窃者永远不可能偷走的：你的思维方法和决策能力。

没有一个正确的系统，一个正确的思维方法和决策能力来执行这个系统，那些让人作呕的剽窃者是不能真正掌握你的联属营销系统。只要你在适当的市场有一个稳定的系统并且一直坚定不移的做下去是一定会有所收获的。

联属网络营销是亚马逊书店在1996年首创的一种网络营销模式，正是这种营销方式帮助亚马逊书店奠定了网络零售业第一品牌的地位。6年过去了，该营销方式不仅长盛不衰，而且随着参与联属网络营销的企业越来越多，联属网络营销实现的销售额不断攀升，根据丘比特传播公司（Jupiter Communications Inc.）的研究，1998年在线消费品市场的总交易金额达57亿美元，其中有11%是通过联属网站引介达成的，估计2002年在线消费者消费品市场的总交易金额将达到375亿美元，而通过联属网站引介达成的交易额将占到24%。弗里斯特调查公司(Forrester Research)的估计也与此类似：2003年将有21%的B2C交易通过联属网络营销达成。奇怪的是，对于这样一种高效的网络营销方式，我国学者却很少有人研究，而国内将联属网络营销付诸实践的企业也是寥寥无几。为帮助我国早日摆脱在联属网络营销方面一穷二白的面貌，本文将对联属网络营销的概念、优势以及我国开展联属网络营销的思路作一初步探讨。

一、联属网络营销的概念

联属网络营销(Affiliate Marketing)在台湾被称为联属网络行销，部分国内学者将其称作会员制营销。因为会员制营销的提法容易和传统营销中的会员制营销相混淆，所以本文采用联属网络营销的提法。简单地说，联属网络营销就是一个网站的所有人在自己的网站（称为联属网站, affiliate）上推广另一个商务网站（称为主力网站, merchant）的服务和商品并依据实现的销售额取得一定比例佣金的网络营销方式。

联属网络营销理论发端于亚马逊书店在1996年夏推出的一种联属方案（associates program），根据这一方案，任何网站都可以申请成为亚马逊书店的联属网站，在自己的网站上推介亚马逊书店经营的图书，并依据实际售出书籍的种类和已享折扣的高低获得5~15%的佣金。该方案一经推出，就在业界引起了轰动。当年加入联属营销计划的网站就超过了4000家，次年夏天突破了一万家，1998年夏天更达到了10万家，最新的数字显示，加入亚马逊书店联属营销计划的网站总数已经超过了50万家。正是这些联属网站使得亚马逊书店声名大震，成为网上零售的第一品牌。在亚马逊书店的带动下，网上零售业者竞起效尤，美国最大的连锁书店巴诺公司(Barnes & Noble)不仅推出了自己的联属网站系统（affiliate network），还针对亚马逊书店联属营销计划的弱点进行了革新，该计划如此成功，结果迫使亚马逊书店修正了自己的联属加盟方案。在联属网络营销方面取得巨大成功的公司还包括电子港湾公司（eBay）和电子玩具公司（eToys）这样的知名网络零售企业。今天，联属网络营销的观念，已经普及到了在网络上发展的各个行业的各种规模的公司，在专门从事联属网络营销服务的网站上，人们可以找到超过6000家正在拓展联属网络的公司。经过众多公司的实践探索，目前，联属网络营销理论和技术已经趋于成熟，成为被众多网络营销专家看好的网络营销方式。

值得一提的是，联属网络营销不同于共生营销，联属网络营销实际上是按照销售业绩计算费用的一种网络广告模式（即Cost Per Sale模式），而共生营销（有时又被称作结盟营销或合作营销）则是指两个或更多个相互独立的企业为达到增强市场竞争能力的目的在资源或项目上进行合作的营销方式，可见，联属网络营销的含义要较共生营销狭窄得多。当然，联属网络营销也不同于传销，因为它没有传销的层级结构，并且主力网站销售的主要部分仍然是独立完成的。

二、联属网络营销的优势

联属网络营销较传统的网络营销方式有着诸多优势，我们将其归纳如下：

首先，主力网站可以通过发展联属网络以较小的花费在较短的时间内树立自己的网上品牌，实现网上销售额的快速增长。通过吸引众多的网站加入自己的联属网络营销计划，主力网站公司可以将许多潜在的竞争对手转变为合作伙伴，这种合作避免了因为过度竞争引起的社会资源浪费，特别是营销费用上的无谓浪费，在联属网络营销方式下，企业间的竞争变成了企业联属网络间的竞争。采用联属网络营销方式，主力网站仅仅给实际产生销售的网络广告支付广告费，使广告投入的效率显著提高，使获取新顾客的成本显著降低。

其次，联属网站可以通过加入联属网络营销计划从起点较低的内容网站迅速转变为电子商务网站，实现营业收入。许多内容网站都希望通过销售网络广告获得收入，但实际上只有那些真正的热门站点才有希望得到广告主的垂青，与普通网络广告相比，联属营销计划没有访问量门槛的限制，主力网站欢迎所有的网站加入计划，一个网站还可以同时加入多个联属营销计划，这为一些小网站提供了难得的获取收入的机会。

另外，网上消费者也能从联属网络营销中获得实惠。主力网站营销成本的降低导致了商品总成本的降低，主力网站就有更大的空间回馈顾客，给顾客提供物美价廉的商品。联属网站也因为有了资金支持，可以给网上消费者提供更多更好的内容。联属网络营销还使顾客有可能在浏览高质量内容时有更多机会发现中意的商品。

所以说，联属网络营销是一个主力网站、联属网站和消费者各方都能受益的网络营销方式。

三、对我国发展联属网络营销的思考

同欧美相比，我国的联属网络营销还处于较低的发展阶段，到目前为止，曾经开展联属网络营销并取得一定成效的不过MY8848、当当书店等寥寥数家，究其原因，笔者认为我国目前发展联属网络营销仍然存在3大瓶颈：

电子支付瓶颈：联属网络营销要求主力网站能对联属网站的佣金收入进行及时的结算，而这要求网上支付有一定的规模，而按照我国互联网络信息中心公布的数据，我国采用货到付款和邮局汇款这类传统手段进行支付的交易占到了网上总交易量的一半以上。电子支付发展的滞后，制约了联属网络营销的开展。

企业伦理瓶颈：联属网络营销是主力网站与联属网站间进行联合推广并共享销售利润的计划，要求合作方能在相互信任的基础上走共同发展的道路，这要求参与方尤其是主力网站坚持一定的企业伦理水准。在我国，企业的商业伦理观念普遍比较淡漠，惟利是图、背信弃义的事情时有发生，所以许多商业伙伴间相互提防，很难结成长期的联盟。

市场机制瓶颈：采用与双方都可以信赖的第三方服务商合作，主力网站可以在一定程度上弥补信用方面的不足，但遗憾的是，我国现代市场经济发展时间较短，市场机制尚不完善，能够提供市场营销服务的中间环节特别缺乏，目前我国尚未出现有规模的联属网络营销服务商。

所以，尽管联属网络营销在理论上有很多优点并在国外有大量的成功案例，但在我国发展联属网络营销还有一段较长的路要走。在具体实践上，我们应该注意以下几点：

首先，联属网络营销代表着我国网络营销在未来一段时间的一个发展方向，但在实施上要注意条件是否具备，坚持理性分析，切忌主观冒进。计划开展联属网络营销的公司需要有优良的产品和良好的信誉，并且尽可能与知名的营销服务商合作，否则，联属网络营销计划便会因为无法吸引到足够的联属网站参与而失败。对于联属网站，则需要慎重选择主力网站，不仅要考虑主力网站经营的产品是否有竞争力，还要考虑主力网站所坚持的伦理标准的高低，择善而从之，否则，便会为他人做嫁衣，无法得到实质性的回报。

其次，联属网络营销服务市场存在着巨大的商机。联属网络营销不仅需要软件方面的技术解决方案，还需要信用中介服务，对于那些具有极佳信誉和知名品牌的商家，提供信用中介服务给他们提供了一个将无形资产转变为财务资产的渠道。

最后，相关政府部门也应当发挥自己对市场的监督管理职能，通过提供培训、扶持等手段，引导企业适时采纳先进的营销管理方式，比方说，政府可以在自己的网站上无偿为采纳联属网络营销方式的样板企业建立链接。

综上所述，联属网络营销是一种极具前景的高效的网络营销方式，我国学者对其应当给予更多关注，企业应当积极从中寻找商机，让我们共同期盼中国联属网络营销大发展时期的早日到来！

Google Pagerank 最近刚刚进行了大规模更新，跟以前的每次一样，有人欢喜有人忧。在这次更新中，我看到好几位博客的pr掉得比较厉害，虽然影响pr的因素一直不是很明朗，但是从那几位博客的网站中能够看到一个共同点，他们都通过TLA出售了自己的链接，包括之前国外一些知名的博客也都因为这个原因遭到了Google的降低PR的惩罚，所以就我个人的观点来看，利用自己的高PR出售链接的这个行为在Google看来是不能容忍的，只有遵循Google的规则的网站才能生存下去。

看到东哥说到“如果不做这个（TLA），PR要那么高又带来不了收入，要这么高的PR有何用？”，想想也是，目前对于国内blogger来说，专门利用博客盈利的同志并不多，如果一旦一个博客达到了一个比较高的PR（PR又的确是个有价值的参数，不明白具体价值的可以谷歌或者百度一下，我就不赘述了），博主理所当然地想到可以利用高PR来出售获取一定的报酬，这个想法并不为过，可是我想说的是，如果考虑到Google的惩罚，那么，究竟是否划算呢？这个是值得大家也包括我思考的一个问题。

当然，如果有些朋友很知足，只希望能够赚到每年的空间域名费的话，我想这个还是比较简单的，建议可以看看我给大家分享的网络盈利资源。

对于我个人来说，在笔记本电脑领域HP这个品牌是除了IBM的ThinkPad的最好选择，当然仁者见仁，智者见智，不过曾看到过报道：”HP的笔记本电脑全球的占有率第一“，确实很让人吃惊。不过对于HP Pavilion dv3000系列笔记本电脑而言，整体做工那是相当的好，配置优秀，但是在价位上感觉还有一些下调的余地和必要。举办这个活动对于优酷而言也是大有裨益的，除了短时间内爆增的注册新用户，还有对提高老用户的粘性也有一定益处，当然最重要的是优酷的服务器硬盘上又多了更多精彩原创视频。
