据国外媒体报道称，诺基亚首席执行官康培凯昨天在股东大会上发言时表示，“我们的目标是在经营中减少传统制造商的成份，增添更多的互联网公司成份。传统上，苹果、谷歌、微软等公司不是我们的竞争对手，但现在，我们必须要应对它们带来的挑战。”

康培凯说，时代在变，诺基亚不能因循守旧，必须敢于创新，才能得到更好的发展。苹果、谷歌、微软都推出了智能手机设计，是诺基亚不可忽略的竞争对手。

要想成功转型，诺基亚已经重组为二大块儿：产品和服务。对GPS专业厂商Navteq的收购将使诺基亚进入新的市场，例如导航系统和与位置相关的手机广告市场。

奥运卡受困银联、VISA利益之争

最近看看每个银行的信用卡卡片觉得挺好看,而且快要到奥运了发现很多银行都有自己奥运卡.但是通过仔细观察发现很多奥运卡上面都没有银联标志(是指上面有visa奥运会顶级赞助商图标的卡).这样导致很多奥运卡都只是单币美元卡,而且结算的时候不能通过银联的通道只能使用visa.

是什么原因导致这一现象呢?
1 当年以1亿美元购得2008年北京奥运会品牌独家使用权的VISA对奥运图标识用具有排他性,也就是说你不能也不会看到一张卡片上面既有visa,又有奥运合作伙伴图标,还有银联图标的卡片.当然这个有消息说不是visa不愿意与银联共存,而是奥委会规则不允许奥运卡出现银联标识,否则无异于奥委会为银联打破先例,谁让visa是奥委会的合作伙伴呢.

2 根据央行在2003年出台的法规规定,各银行的银行卡在2004年1月1日以后必须统一启用“银联”标志,非银联卡将不得跨行和跨地区使用。即除银联外的人民币卡单标识卡,都游离于央行法规之外.同时无论是限于央行规则,还是对民族支付品牌的保护,银联都不会放行VISA 单标识卡使用银联通道.
由于上述的原因很多银行发行的奥运纪念卡都是采用折衷的办法,就是一张卡片是普通的双币卡有着visa和银联的标识,而一张卡是美元单币卡上面有奥运会顶级赞助商的标识和visa.比如招行的和卡就是这样发行,而且很多情况下单币卡是终身免年费的.

同时由于单币卡的使用不能走银联通道就必须走visa,这样就形成了”内卡外抛”的现象,商家和银行都被迫承担一定风险,当然鉴于现在人民币的升值,消费者倒是可以利用50多天的免息日赚取一定的差额,至于能不能赚到,主要看人民币升值速度够不够快和银行在结算时收取的手续费是不是较低有关.因为美元结算不是以消费当天的汇率就算的,而是以结算当天的汇率结算的.这样就可以获得一定的汇率差.

鉴于奥运会的特殊，中国银监会人士表示相关部门一定会以确保奥运顺利进行为前提，组织协调。与此同时，央行支付结算司人士透露，针对人民币VISA单标识卡，相关部门“短期内会有个说法”。

一资深银行卡专家表示，如果根据国内法高于国际法的原则，银联作为人民币唯一的支付清算组织，理应坚持在人民币奥运卡上加入银联标识。但是由于《银行卡管理条例》迟迟没有出台，此项规则并没有上升到立法的层面，可以说VISA购得2008年北京奥运会品牌独家使用权是棋高一招。

上述人士提出，在开放银联通道的同时对奥运卡设定使用期限，或者可解奥运卡“名存实亡”之困境。“即便如此，一来VISA在事实上达到了在中国境内排斥银联品牌的目的，二来并不能保证奥运之后国际发卡组织是否顺延先例抢占中国市场。”

奥运卡限期，也可能带来消费者利益缺失，VISA必然将通过奥委会施压相关部门。而一旦银联退守支付结算通道，“银联”品牌及有可能夭折于此。随着奥运卡命运逐渐浮出水面，双方的利益博弈终将定论。

PS:不过中国银行的奥运卡是可以走银联通道的,谁让他也是奥运会的赞助商呢.还获得央行的批准呢

看到自己博客上面的几个图片被像牛皮癣的所谓的什么贴片附在上的时候真是很不爽.我承认这个社会是没有多少免费,企业为了生存收费是合理的.对于不收费的用户有广告在上面也行,可是你不必用这样的方式吧.牛皮癣就牛皮癣,换了个名字就不是啦.我可以接受你在图片下方有链接,可是现在这个是什么,一个大大的牛皮癣,有些图片本来就不大,牛皮癣就占了一半,难道我是要牛皮癣吗?还有就在网站上公布,有个每个用户发邮件通知服务项目可能改变,需要的或者不需要的都要做出一些调整,还有应该有的缓冲区都没有,你以为不使用收费服务就一定愿意使用加上牛皮癣的免费服务吗?反正我是不会.换吧.我还是转到我的那个Google的相册上去吧,虽然有点麻烦,不过至少还可以使用.或者实在不行自己买空间了.自己放图片,不用看别人的脸色过日子.

易趣淘宝拍拍等C2C三巨头混战免费模式

昨日，易趣也起对用户终身免收包括高级店铺和超级店铺在内的店铺费，也不再收取商品登录费、店铺使用费等传统项目费用。这也意味着易趣开始转向全平台免费使用的模式，以此来对抗C2C领域其它竞争对手。至此，国内C2C三巨头淘宝、易趣、拍拍网全部打出免费牌。
业者认为，随着易趣全面免费，国内C2C竞争将愈演愈烈。

回归免费模式

易趣介绍，即日起任何用户只要在易趣上开店，无论是普通店铺、高级店铺还是超级店铺，都将终身免费；目前已在使用普通店铺的易趣卖家，如需将店铺升级为高级或超级店铺的，也可立即免费升级。同时，对于今年1月份到4月份内曾购买易趣高级店铺或超级店铺的卖家，易趣将在6月底前逐一联系卖家免费提供优质分类推广资源；而对于购买了5月份高级店铺、超级店铺的卖家，易趣将在5月底之前全额退款。

此前，易趣网采用的是美国eBay的模式，对在易趣网上开店的用户收取费用，而后来者淘宝却依靠免费策略，逐步扩大市场份额。随着市场的变化，这一模式并没有得到多数用户的认可。此次易趣回归免费模式，被业界看做是易趣对竞争对手发起的全面挑战，分析称，随着易趣全面免费，国内C2C竞争将愈演愈烈。

业者称有利于做大市场

尽管易趣回归免费模式会加大行业竞争，但有业内人士认为，这有利用网购市场进一步做大。据了解，尽管在最近五年内，中国网购市场每年都保持了100%左右的增长速度，但与网络购物发达的国家和地区相比，还有不少差距。

最新行业数据显示，从2002年的18亿元，到2007年的594亿元，中国网购市场每年都保持了100%左右的发展，但和网络购物发达地区相比，还有相当差距。比如网购人数在互联网用户中的占比，中国就远远落后于发达国家、地区。

以2007年为例，据统计，中国网购人数在互联网用户中的占比，只有26%，而美国已经达到94%，最高的韩国，更是高达99%。又比如网络购物在整个零售市场的比重，中国也远远落后于发达国家、地区。

据悉，除了免费策略外，淘宝网、易趣网和拍拍网等主要服务商，都推出了比传统零售市场更为苛刻的”无条件退换货“等消费者保障计划，希望提高买家的购物信心。
