However the authenticity of this news is not that clear, webleon suspects that : “Both the confidential video and the original post was claimed being deleted.” But I think this leaked plan is possible, at least the blog post bring us some useful infos:

1, All the Google services are global, they have almost no language or region disparity;

2, Google is merging its services, preparing to form a large community;

3, in the G-community, Google will formulate the its own standard, which will possibley become the Internet’s standard in the future;

Actually, in today‘s Feedreader market, Google Reader was already the first brand, regardless in English or Chinese world is the same. But it never stops the improve of the function and usability, such as the new search in feeds. It’s hard to image that the Google Reader is developed and maintained by a 3 person team. I believe that the Google internal knowledge library system had already become a important source for the new product development. Young engineers under this kind of knowledge system can grow very quickly, and then be responsible for an important task in a short term.

The GSeeker article mentioned that the growth of Google Reader has not affected the Bloglines amount of user. I don’t think this result is significant, because the whole market is growing very fast.

Another fact that proved through this article is, FeedReader still doesn’t have a mature business model. although from the report mentioned that in the future Google Reader will let the user join the advertising network, but this system can only run under the Google brand and in the Google eco system, include Google Adsense/AdWords and Blogger.com. Of course, the new Google family member Feedburner will definitely play the big role here.

With the perfect user experience of Google Reader, the Monopoly looked like unstoppable. My Yahoo is still a strong competitor, but as we know, it is another form of Feedreader, totally different from other Readers.

Moreover, in China, I will occasionally use the XianGuo, their user experience already went far beyond the similar services。If they can do more data mining and analysis, they will provide much more value to the Feed World.

When we talk about Google, almost every Startup would have some fear. But I have confidence in the ideas and abilities of all the new Companies who are always struggling. because of them, this Internet world become more and more colorful. At least, they are much better than the critics who only comment on others.

This morning, the GSeeker reported a shock news: Google Reader will release a Chinese version in a month.
