Is there a difference in Price Difference between Bravo and Delight?

H0: There is NO difference between Price Difference of Bravo and Delight.

H1: There is a difference between Price Difference of Bravo and Delight.

1. Variables

Price importance/Treatment (Bravo and Delight)

2. Make boxplot:

Graphs->Legacy Dialogs->Boxplot

Select “Simple” and “Define”

Variable= “Price difference”

Category Axis=”Treatment”

3. Mann Whitney test

Then go to Analyze -> Nonparametric tests ->Legacy Dialogs-> 2 Independent samples

Test variable List= “Price importance”

Group=”Treatment”

Define Group 1 : 1 (Stands for group “Bravo”)

Define Group 2 : 2 (Stands for group “Delight”)

According to the result, Because Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) is 0.853 which is far above 0.05.

Therefore, There is NO difference between Price Difference of Bravo and Delight, (P=0.853).

H0: There is NO difference between Ridding level of 3 different sports.

H1: There is a difference between Ridding level of 3 different sports.

Variables

What is your riding level? (Level)/ What is your type of sports?(Type)

Make boxplot:

Graphs->Legacy Dialogs->Boxplot

Select “Simple” and “Define”

Variable= What is your riding level? (Level)

Category Axis= What is your type of sports?(Type)

Kruskal Wallis test

Then go to Analyze -> Nonparametric tests ->Legacy Dialogs-> K Independent samples

Test variable list= What is your riding level? (Level)

Grouping variable=What is your type of sports?(Type)

Click “Define ranges” and type in 1 and 3

According to the result, Because Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) is 0.853 which is far above 0.05.

Therefore, There is NO difference between Ridding level of 3 different sports, (P=0.860).

H0: There is NO difference between amount in bag of different production day

H1: There is a difference between amount in bag of different production day

1. Variables

Production day(day, Nominal)/Amount in a bag(amount, Scale)

2. Make error bar

Graphs->Legacy Dialogs->Error bar

Select Simple and Define

Variable= “Amount in a bag [amount]”

Category Axis=”Production day [day]”

3. One-Way ANOVA

Analyze -> Compare means -> One-Way ANOVA

Dependent List= Amount in a bag

Factor= Production day

4. Post Hoc (Bonferroni)

Purpose: To found out which group shows the difference(s)

Post Hoc test is ONLY required if there is a difference (or there are differences)

Click “Post Hoc” -> Bonferroni and select a sufficient significance level

Because p-value (sig) is lower than 0.05, therefore, the conclusion is:

There are differences between amount in bag of different production day (F=8.799,p=0.001).
