就在美国urban音乐日益泛滥的同时，我想我们还是可以为美国的朋克音乐摇旗呐喊，就像英国的indie音乐，美国的朋克音乐虽比不上欣欣向荣的英国indie音乐，但作为一面旗帜还是独树一帜的，特别是流行朋克，近几年没有在美国本土大红大紫，但几支依然比较成功的乐队，像Simple Plan，Good Charlotte和已经解散的Blink 182还是吸引了全球歌迷的注意，我也知道在中国，也有位为数不少的这类音乐的歌迷，据说Simple Plan还会参加今年MTV的音乐盛典。没有这些乐队出名的还有一帮“二线”乐队，2003年的Good Mourning是他们迄今为止最为成功的专辑，几经异人的Alkaline Trio按照官网上的说法已经不是从前那个由酒精维持的Alkaline Trio，Alkaline Trio是在1997年于芝加哥成立的一直流行朋克乐队，虽然几经变动，trio这个名字还是保住了，现在三位成员包括最早的Matt Skiba，Dan Andriano和新鼓手Derek Grant，这张新专辑因为Matt Skiba的胸伤而直到今年五月份的时候才正式发行，如果我说这张专辑并没有给我带来任何的新颖，那我不是在批判这张专辑，相反的，这张名为Crimson的专辑在音乐造诣上还是保持着良好的朋克品种。专辑的第一首歌曲也是第一首单曲以缓慢的钢琴前奏吸引住了歌迷的耳朵，在进入白热化的音乐主旋律后并没有因为平庸的表现而破坏了给别人的美好期待，chorus部分的旋律还是十分到位的，正统化的The Poison，Burn等歌曲依然保持动听的节奏，主音Matt Skiba还是有着一幅朋克天生的嗓音。Fall Victim中反复出现的wasting time的歌词像是Time to Waste的reprise。Prevent This Tradegy的配乐非常符合歌名中tradegy这个单词，一种重压的感觉。最后专辑以抒情曲般的smoke圆满结束。可以说没有过多的修饰，没有炫技式的表演，没有直让人堵住耳朵的vocal和instrumental是他们的特点。一起都是很自然的音乐流露。

Pinback是一支被低估的乐队,于1998年成立的两人组合,他们玩Indie,玩Lo-Fi,内敛的摇滚旋律透露出缓和人心的力量,Pinback似乎就在Indie Pop和Indie Rock两者之间游走着,初听候让我想起了Incredible Moses Leroy,风格也有点像Labrador旗下的某些Indie Pop乐队流畅清澈的吉他,听似漫不经心庸懒的男声,干净有力的节拍,合成欢快的旋律,可是仔细听一下歌词却发现非常颓废斑驳,两者就这样不协调却又理所当然地结合起来.产生奇妙地化学作用。

比较出名的说唱金属乐队，吉他比较剽悍,乾净.而且说唱像ICE CUBE的那种hardcore rap,我还有张01年的,不过没这张好听,感觉没这张Rap-metal风格明显,好听,这个不是rapcore,所以只有重吉他和愤世嫉俗的说唱,喊呀啥的.没有吼.不过听着很不错

Pitbull原名Armando Perez Luther Campbell,作为一个古巴裔的美国mc，pitbull还是还是坚持用英文Rap ，最初他被邀请他出现在单曲“Lollipop” 中. 这让pitbull被Diaz Brothers经纪人团队发现，后来一个Pitbull的freestyle出现在Lil Jon在2002的白金唱片Kings of Crunk中，2003年oye版本还出现在速度与激情2的原声中。The Boatlift是他个人第3张专辑,专辑制作请来了Lil’ Jon, Mr. Collipark, The Diaz Brothers, Jim Jonsin 主打单曲是Sticky Icky、I know you want me等.

来自瑞典的摇滚团，主唱的声音很像Robert Smith，有一种虚弱的颤抖，却不乏激情.这张他们的第二张专辑从第一首Tonight I Have to Leave It就可以明显听出乐队加入了大量的弦乐，很浪漫的复古，并保持了他们一贯的忧郁，而且乐队的女声的声线也是一大亮点，很美！

初听真的以为是the cure=。=，实在是太像了。圣诞过后，接下来是元旦了。

Weezer是一个美国摇滚乐团。于1992年在洛杉矶成立，1997年解散，一段时间后，于2000年又重组。他们目前共发行过6张完整的专辑，五张EP和一张DVD。

而当2001年5月乐队的第三张专辑《Green Album》上市之后，全世界又迅速刮起了一股Weezer旋风，绝不亚于当年他们发表处男大碟时出生牛犊的气势。其实《Green Album》与《Blue Album》确实有着太多的相似之处，无论是相同的唱片名称，还是同一位制作人，抑或是异曲同工的封套设计，都让人不自觉的回想起当年那四个让人眼前一亮的毛头小子。当然，在音乐上Weezer则又成熟了许多。
