刚才看到一个朋友的博客晒幸福的痕迹很明显但是我还是被小小触动有些敏感淡定啊要淡定~

网上还没看到我这样的论调~乔布斯=西楚霸王~

我觉得乔布斯就像当年刚刚获得巨鹿之战胜利的项羽，背水一战击败强敌，独领风骚所向披靡，天下莫敢与之争。

乔布斯的幸运在于他没有像项羽那样等到刘邦成气候，在一步步跟他死磕，最后把他赶下神坛。

项羽当年是很猛的，基本未尝败绩，但是独裁和刚愎或许能够成就一代英才将领，却未必能成就千秋万代的帝业。

时间有限，我就不过多阐述了，李开复老师也说过：乔布斯的神话不可复制，大家没必要那么痴迷学习他的作风。我很赞同，乔布斯的设计天赋就像项羽的军事才能，iphone的横空出世无异于当年的背水一战，我们敬仰时代造就英雄，却没必要苛求复制传奇。

宋志刚说他原来是愤青的意思是“急着下判断，总有正面人物和负面人物，”这几年他学会的是“不偏激地对待人和事”，书里有一句话，叫“我现在觉得，往往没有简单的是非，只有各自冲突的需要和矛盾”

　　就拿片子里大爷来说，眼睛残疾，在京治病，一个月的房租，就靠卖这点爆米花，看不见这些，就没有人的感受了。

　　片子里两个娃娃的父母卖鸡蛋灌饼，养家不容易，但摊位就是这么个情况，大家能看见，水，蛋，手，工具是什么样子，看看片子也能知道。

　　这些需要管理，但残疾人就业，这不是城管能管的事，娃娃父母和大爷都想要个规范的摊位，这也不是城管能定的。城管只能堵，没有疏，象小宋说“暴力执法简直是必然的”。

　　谁对？谁错？看的事实稍多一点，迟疑一下，就不会那么快地赞美和谴责，一开始总是好人坏人，后来是好事坏事，最后发现只是生活矛盾密布。

　　用不着去寻找激烈的冲突，在陈述中自会看到矛盾的结点，能说清楚，制订规则的人，想解决冲突的人，就有了一个比较客观的事实基础。

　　中国的城市化才开始，未来还有几亿人要进城，进了城都需要管理，哪一个行业，哪一个城市，都有一个建立规则慢慢成熟的过程。留言里有读者说，“你们总说要慢慢来，可为什么不能快一点？”，大家可以看看我们下周的节目，就知道为什么快不了，也快不得。

　　慢一点，一步一步踩实了，不会绕弯路，反而快。

　　走在路上的人，也可以有自己的选择，宋在书里说过一个例子：“最后一个翻墙逃往西德被东德士兵击毙的人，死时离柏林墙倒塌只有几个月，射击的卫兵被判刑，律师力争，说士兵只是遵守了当时的命令看守柏林墙。法官说，在律法中，你的确是看守的人，但在人性选择中，你却可以选择不射击他的致命要害。卫兵没这么做，所以他被判刑了。”

　　宋志刚说“我没办法改变很多事，只能在我的职权范围内做得更好一点儿，这是我的人性选择”。

　　制度由人选择，有了人性的驱策，改变自会发生。

　　以前我做新闻调查时，觉得这种想法是和稀泥，妥协是最没意思的事，凡事着急，恨不得一夜之间建成新世界。现在觉得，一刀砍去，乱麻更乱。要有这个耐心，找到线头，慢慢抽解。

　　这个前提是让各方说话，别停留在概念和成见上，这是人届成年后的人生经验，也是媒体人的责任。在这个片子结尾，让我写段评论，我说“一个社会，事件的哪一方都有说话的机会，都说对方能听懂的话，也都有诚意去听对方的话，把意见和矛盾一一陈述，也许在说清楚事实的时候，事情的化解之道也就随之呈现。

在一个信息传播受限的社会里，坐井观天几乎是认识的必然趋势　　　　　

因为时不时发点牢骚，被一个朋友教育：“中国现在发展得很好呀！你看——”她顺手往窗外一指，“比国外很多地方现代多了！”

我承认，虽然空气能见度有限，顺着她的手指，我的确看到窗外很多熠熠发光的高楼大厦。岂止如此，还有车水马龙，完全可以用“惟余莽莽、顿失滔滔”来形容。此外，我还常在路边看到打太极的老太太、打篮球的少年以及卖烧烤的路边摊。如果张择端还活着，这些景象足够他再画一幅现代版的《清明上河图》。

正为自己的消极心态感到羞愧，我突然想起了以前读到的一个笑话。这个笑话说的是，老师对着全班学生点名：“没来的请举手。”

我问这个朋友：你知道韩颖吗？她说不知道。我只好跟她解释：这是北京海淀某地的一位女性，因为独立参选地方人大代表，被跟踪被骚扰甚至被殴打，而这只是今年受到打压的诸多独立参选人之一。

我又问：你知道雷金模吗？她说不知道。我又只好跟她解释：这是一位普通的尘肺病人，因为没钱治病现在岌岌可危，而这只是无数得不到医保救助的尘肺病人及其他病人之一。

我又问：你知道有农民因维权而死吗？她说不知道。我只好跟她解释：有一位村民在维权事件中与政府发生冲突，在看守所“突发疾病”死亡，而这只是神州大地上诸多“神秘看守所死亡”事件之一。

我一口气列举了十来个我的朋友从未听说的人，都是这个欣欣向荣的时代里“没来的人”。因为可能影响社会稳定与发展的形象，所以关于他们的信息总是模糊不清——虽然互联网上偶有透露，但相关信息总是倏忽即逝。又因为这是一个大众媒体的时代，所以如果他们不曾在大众媒体上存在和停留，那么他们就几乎相当于不存在。这当然不是说《清明上河图》上画的车水马龙是假的，但车水马龙的背面，还隐隐浮现着另一个不那么豪迈的世界。

“这些都是发展中的问题，毕竟要看时代的主流！”我的朋友说。到底什么是时代的主流，我不大清楚。我只知道当一个人得了胃溃疡，医生不能视而不见，安慰他说：要看身体的主流嘛，除了胃，你的其他器官全都是好的！

据说知识分为三种：你知道的，你不知道的，以及你不知道自己不知道的。韩颖雷金模们对于我这个朋友，大约就属于她“不知道自己不知道”的那一类知识。因为不知道自己不知道，尽管性情善良，她甚至没有翻到《清明上河图》的背面去看看的冲动与好奇。因为不知道自己不知道，她相信北京五环内的所见所闻，就是“时代的最强音”。也是，在人类不知道火星的存在的时候，没有人会好奇上面都有些什么。

除非你意识到中国不仅仅存在于都市的“五环”。在海水的深处，阳光未曾照耀之处，还有韩颖雷金模们，并且每一个已知的韩颖雷金模们，很可能还对应无数我们尚未知晓也无从知晓的韩颖雷金模们。在苍苍莽莽的雪地里，要保持对那个被遮蔽世界的知觉，你得不断提醒自己不要睡着不要睡着不要睡着。

这个道理听上去简单，却未必人人知晓。上世纪三十年代初，英国作家萧伯纳访问了苏联，被领着参观了种种社会主义成就后，他回到英国发表文章，驳斥了各种“污蔑苏联建设伟大成就”的言论。“我们想证实，没有任何证据表明那里存在着经济奴役、匮乏、失业在所到之处，我们处处看到充满希望和热情的工人阶级”事实上，就在他参观苏联前后那几年，强制性农业集体化导致了约七百万人在饥荒中死亡。

无独有偶，写作《红星照耀中国》的斯诺，在一九六○年和一九六四年两次访问中国后，也将关于中国发生了饥荒的传闻驳斥为“冷战宣传”，他表示：“我在中国没有看到饥饿的人，绝没有像过去那样的饥荒”你看，没来的人都没有举手，大家都在这里，这样多么好。

韩寒~谈革命

韩寒老师邀请网民提问，我也贵在参与的提了几个问题，结果问题被淹没在无边的评论海洋中，没被发现。但是韩老师之后回答的文章还是非常精辟的：

“ 最近翻看了很多问题，革命和改革两个词被频频的问起。平时媒体也很喜欢问，但是也只是一问一听，无法见诸报端。写下来无论什么观点，八成也是不保的命。但作为这次冬至回读者问的第一篇，我就先用整个篇幅来回答我关于革命两个字的看法。我综合了读者和一些内外媒的提问，在这里一并作答。

　　问：中国最近群体事件频出，你认为中国需要一场革命么。

　　回答：在社会构成越复杂的国家，尤其是东方国家，革命的最终收获者一定是心狠手辣者。很坦率的说，革命是一个听上去非常爽快激昂并且似乎很立竿见影的词汇，但是革命与中国未必是好的选择。首先，革命需要有一个诉求，诉求一般总是以反腐败为开始。但这个诉求坚持不了多远。“自由”或者“公正”又是没有市场的，因为除了一些文艺和新闻的从业者，你走上街去问大部分人，你自由么，他们普遍觉得自由。问他们需要公正么，他们普遍认为不公正的事情只要别发生在我自己身上就可以了，不是每个人都经常遭受不公待遇，所以为他人寻求公正和自由不会引发人们的认同。在中国是很难找到这样一个集体诉求的。这不是需要不需要的问题，是可能不可能有的问题。我的观点是不可能也不需要。但如果你问我中国需要更有力的改革么，我说一定是的。

　　问：你为什么不去领导一场起义呢？

　　回答：开玩笑，就算我认同革命，并在上海起义，而且还稍具规模，官方只要一掐断互联网和手机讯号，我估计不用政府维稳机器出马，那些无法用QQ聊天或者玩不了网络游戏看不了连续剧的愤怒群众就足以将我们扑灭，你也别指望着能刷微博支援我，你三天上不了微博就该恨我了。

　　问：那难道中国就不需要民主与自由了么？

　　回答：这是一个误区，文化人普遍将民主与自由联系在一起，其实对于国人，民主带来的结果往往是不自由。因为大部分国人眼中的自由，与出版，新闻，文艺，言论，选举，政治都没有关系，而是公共道德上的自由，比如说没有什么社会关系的人，能自由的喧哗，自由的过马路，自由的吐痰，稍微有点社会关系的人，我可以自由的违章，自由的钻各种法律法规的漏洞，自由的胡作非为，所以，好的民主必然带来社会进步，更加法制，这势必让大部分并不在乎文化自由的人们觉得有些不自由，就像很多中国人去了欧美发达国家觉得浑身不自在一样。所以，民主和自由未必要联系在一起说，我认为中国人对自由有着自己独特的定义，而自由在中国最没有感染力。

　　问：我认为中国顽疾太深，改革已经没有用了，只有来一场革命才能让社会好转。

　　回答：我们假设革命没有遭到镇压，当然这本身就是不可能的。我们幻想一下革命，假设，革命到了中段，学生，群众，社会精英，知识分子，农民，工人，肯定不能达成共识。而我们一直忽略了一个人群，那就是贫困人口，这个数目大概是两亿五千万。你平时都不能注意有他们的存在，因为他们甚至从来不使用互联网。既然革命能够发展到中段，必然已经诞生了新的领袖。没有领袖的革命一定是失败的，白莲教起义就是很好的例子，而有了领袖的革命，也不一定好到哪里去，太平天国又是很好的例子。中国式的领袖，绝对不会是你现在坐在电脑前能想象的那些温厚仁慈者。这样的一个领袖，八成独断专横自私狂妄狠毒又有煽动力，是的，听着有点耳熟。但中国人就吃这一套，也只有这一套才能往上爬，这个社会习惯了恶人当道，好人挨刀。文艺青年们看好的领袖一个礼拜估计就全给踢出局了。而越是教育水平高的人，越不容易臣服与领袖。所以这些人肯定是最早从革命中离开的。随着社会精英的离开，革命人群的构成部分一定会产生变化，无论革命的起始口号有多么好听，到最后一定又会变回一个字，钱。说的好听一点就是把应该属于我们的钱还给我们，说难听一点就是掠夺式的均富。你们不要以为因为我觉得自己有点钱，所以我怂了，害怕失去。在革命的洪流里，你拥有一个苹果手机，你是开摩托车的，甚至你会上网，你平时买报纸，吃肯德基，你都算是有钱人，都是充满着原罪的被革命对象。有一亿家产的人比起有一万家产的人反而安全，因为他们打开家门，门口已经放的是纽约时报了。最后倒霉的还是中产，准中产甚至准小康者。以前人们在各种政治运动中自相残杀，现在的人们只认钱，所以很多人民已经被训练成只认钱的自相残杀者。所以你就想象吧。而中国人讲究清算，这也必然导致镇压。

　　任何的革命都需要时间，中国那么大的国家，不说天下大乱，军阀混战，权利真空。稍微乱个五年十年的，老百姓肯定会特别期盼出现一个铁腕独裁者，可以整治社会秩序，收拾一下局面。至于从百花齐放重新看回人民日报，这个真的没所谓。况且我们的一切假设都建立在军队国家化的前提下，所以这些都是幻想，连幻想都不乐观，就别提操作了。

　　问：那你看埃及，利比亚??

　　回答：埃及，利比亚是被一个人独裁统治几十年，城市也不多，一个事件作为爆点，一个广场用来演讲，就可以革命成功。中国没有一个具体的个人能成为被革命的对象，城市，人口众多，而且各种千奇百怪的灾难都发生过，G点已经麻木，更别提爆点了。就算社会矛盾再激烈十倍，给你十个哈维尔在十个城市一起演讲，再假设当局不管，最终这些演讲也是以被润喉糖企业冠名并登陆海淀剧院而告终。

　　当然，以上更是废话，最关键是就大部分中国人一副别人死绝不吭声，只有吃亏到自己头上才会嗷嗷叫的习性，一辈子都团结不起来。

　　问：你的观点非常的五毛党，是被政府买通了么？为什么不能一人一张选票选主席。

　　回答：在这样一个非此即彼，非黑就白，非对既错，非带路党既五毛党的社会里，革命两字说起来霸气，操作起来危害更大。也许很多人认为，中国的当务之急就是一人一张选票选主席，其实这并不是中国最大的急迫。相反，一人一张选票，最终的结果还是共产党代表获胜，谁能比党更有钱？五百亿就能买五亿张选票。不行加到五千亿。一年税收都十万亿呢。你和人家比有钱?你觉得你周围的朋友的公正独立，那样的人加起来也就几十万张选票。你看好的有识之士，能有十万张都不错了。唯一能和共产党抗衡的就是马化腾，因为他可以在QQ登陆的时候弹出一个窗口：谁选我马化腾，谁就可以得500Q币。此举估计也能获得两亿张选票。但问题是，到时候马化腾一定会入党的。民主是一个复杂，艰难而必然的社会历程，并不是什么革命，普选，多党制，推翻XX，这些脱口而出的简单词汇可以轻易达成的。如果你对司法和出版都从来没有关心过，你关心普选有什么意义呢。无非就是说起来更拉风一点。这和那些一说起赛车只会提F1，一说起足球只知道世界杯的人有什么区别呢。

　　问：我觉得中国的革命和民主只是时机的问题。你认为什么时机最合适。

　　回答：革命和民主是两个名词，这两个名词是完全不等同的，革命不保证就能带来民主，这个咱们不是早就已经证明过一次了嘛。历史曾经给过中国机会，如今的局面则是我们爷辈的选择。现今中国是世界上最不可能有革命的国家，同时中国也是世界上最急需要改革的国家。如果你硬要问我在中国，什么时候是个革命的好时机，我只能说，当街上的人开车交会时都能关掉远光灯了，就能放心革命了。

　　但这样的国家，也不需要任何的革命了，国民素质和教育水平到了那个份上，一切便都是自然而然的事情了。也许你能活着看见这个国家的伟大变革，也许你至死都是这个死结里缠绕的纤维，但无论如何，你要永远记得，错车时请关掉远光灯，也许我们的儿女将因此更早的获得我们的父辈所追求的一切。

四种错误~

每个下属，或者说，每个孩子都会犯错误。其实错误并不可怕，可怕的是偏巧遇到一个粗暴而鲁莽的上司或家长。我觉得，其实很多时候，上司的大发雷霆，都是不必要且不明智的，但总是有人认为这是最好的方式，没有比这更有效的了，他们非常愿意相信这一点。

其实，错误分四种：

第一种叫做无知型错误，孩子们因为无知犯了错误，那么你告诉他事实和道理，基本上下次就OK了；

第二种叫做无能型错误，孩子们压根就办不到的事情，你委托给他们办，最后失败了，我觉得这时候你最好帮他们客观的看待事情，并鼓励他不要气馁；

第三种叫做冲动型错误，孩子们因为一时冲动，一时大意，一时诱惑犯了错误，这时候要引导他们承认错误，并坦率的面对发生的问题，积极乐观应对，同时尝试学习控制自己；

第四种叫做差异型错误，孩子们和你的观点不同，他不认为自己有错，而你认为他错了，即使上天再给无数次机会让他重做，他依然会选择在开始的做法，这个时候你就要客观的看待这个问题，并思考深层原因了，最终你将面临抉择，这种错误是最难达成一致，到底谁对谁错。
